<p><span>Welcome to the Catholic Campus ministry at West Virginia University. We would like to take a moment to welcome you to the heart of the WVU campus! It is great to have you here and we look forward to meeting you! We get so busy with all the activities of a college campus: classes, relationships, sporting events, socialization and other extracurricular activities that we forget to breathe, look around and BE with one another. We are called and challenged to be disciples of Jesus. As Holy Father Francis states, "a disciple is set out on a journey to live the Good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ." BE this disciple here at WVU! To be a disciple is daunting, exciting, challenging and incredibly awesome and we are challenged to live it in the heart of this campus of WVU. It is our goal to help you foster a relationship with God in Jesus Christ and by the power of the Holy Spirit, a relationship with self that helps you be the best you can be and, a relationship with others because without others; we are not fully ourselves. There are many opportunities available to you to foster your spiritual, emotional and physical growth with God, self and others.
