We are the community of the Walsh Newman Center of Southern Oregon. Our mission is to be an example of Christ’s love and help students retain, develop, and deepen their faith through fellowship, service, and worship. We are reaching out, in particular, to students attending SOU and RCC.

We welcome students and young adults of all faiths to come to our center and experience the heart of young people in Catholicism. Moving away from home can be a time to discover and difficulty, especially relating to your faith. We also provide a casual place for those who are interested in what Catholicism is but are intimidated by the grandeur of Mass.

Mass Times

All Masses are held at Our Lady of the Mountain Catholic Church

Daily Mass:

Monday – 8am Prayer with Holy Communion
Tuesday – Noon
Wednesday – 8am
Thursday – Noon
Friday – 8am
1st Saturday Mass, 9am (only on the 1st Saturday of the month)

 

Sunday Mass:

Saturday Vigil Mass – 5pm 

Sunday - 9:30 am, 11:30 am (Español); 5:00 pm

Adoration Times

24/7 in the Chapel with the door access code. 

Confession Times

Confessions and Adoration are at Our Lady of the Mountain Catholic Church

Or by appointment

Adoration:

First Friday – 8:30am until Saturday at 9am
Available 24 hours a day in Adoration Chapel, with key code.
