Welcome to Christ Church Newman Center! Christ Church Newman Center is a dynamic Catholic faith community, for and with St. Cloud State University and St. Cloud Technical and Community College students, faculty, and staff, stretching to live out the gospel message in the Spirit of Vatican II.
The services of our student center are free and open to all.
Our mission is to build for the future by being Christ’s – Challenging Word, Inspiring Spirit, and Living Service.

Sunday Liturgies are 9, 11:15 am, & 8 pm
Weekday liturgies at the Newman Prayer Center are Tuesdays at noon, Thursdays at 8 pm, and Fridays at Noon
Weekday liturgies at SCSUs Atwood Center Primrose Room are Wednesday at noon

Discipleship
Twice a month, this faith sharing group meets with Fr. Joe Herzing to reflect together on what it means to be a disciple of Jesus today.
Student Bible Study
Led by Peer Ministers, once a week, a Men's and Women's bible study group meets on campus.
Mission Trips
Every year the Newman Center has immersion trips which are opportunities for the student community to experience and live out Christ's message of concern for the poor.
Student Meals
This FREE monthly event is a great place to meet others with a cookout, games, and prizes. If you're looking for a "home-cooked" meal, you've found one!
Coffeehouse
Each Sunday after the 8 pm liturgy, we serve up coffees, teas, lattes, lemonade and some pretty scrumptious desserts. It's a great way to mingle with old friends and make some new ones!
