Hello, my name is Bill Seibert and I am an ordained permanent deacon in the Jefferson City Diocese assigned to the Immaculate Conception Church in Jefferson City. I am also assigned as the religious liaison to Lincoln University. I look forward to meeting Catholic students and all students and faculty who are looking for prayerful Opportunities. I welcome you as new and returning student. These are strange times and stressful times. Please remember to keep God in your life and please remain in your faith. If you need me, please do not hesitate to contact me. I am here to help you, especially with your spiritual needs.

God Bless

The following letter was sent to the administration of Lincoln University:

Recently, I wrote you an email advising the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church Parish, would be developing a disaster response team to attempt to address the needs of those affected by the recent, rapidly spreading pandemic.

In my recent email, I expressed Lincoln University is located in the geographical boundaries of the Immaculate Conception Church, therefore if any of the Lincoln students are in need of assistance due to the coronavirus pandemic, they can contact our church for assistance. We are especially concerned for those needing meals, medications and possibly rides. I’m sure some of your international students are affected and we want them to know we are here if needed. Make no mistake, we are here to assist all Lincoln students if needed.

Please advise your students, if they need assistance they can contact Ms. Jane Frank at 573-301-8496 or they can contact me at or 573-645-1554. Please know, we can assist directly or we can direct those in need to the proper resources.

I appreciate your assistance. Again, if you have questions, please contact me.

Yours in Christ
Deacon Bill Seibert, Religious Liaisons to Lincoln University

Peace Family,

I pray this email finds you well.  I wanted to write and share some items with everyone.

  1. 1.       Our own Archdiocesan Gospel Mass Choir has recorded a Video Christmas Card.  This was a couple of months process and I want to thank all those that participated in the video, especially Lynne Gray, Henry Herrera, Octavia Jackson, and Christopher McDonald for putting in the work to make this possible. The video can be viewed at:

  1. 2.       Our VIRTUAL Martin Luther King, Jr. Mass will take place on Saturday, January 16th at 5pm and will be celebrated by Cardinal Wilton Gregory.  This year’s event is being cosponsored with Howard University’s Catholic Ministry and Catholic University of America’s Center for Cultural Engagement.  A flier is attached for you to share.  Also, a link to the livestream can be found at:

  1. 3.       Finally, we’ve updated the Cardinal’s “MADE IN GOD’S IMAGE” website on Anti-Racism.  Thank you to those who have helped us to continue to shape this initiative.  As with many of our ministries, the pandemic has hampered what we would like to do, but we wanted the resources to be available to those in our community.  More opportunities to engage will come in the New Year (hopefully we can gather once the pandemic passes).

        The website is:

As always, thank you for your witness and your prayers for the work that we are doing.  Thank you to those who have reached out to offer support.   They are very much appreciated. Please be assured of my continued prayers for you and your communities and ministries.  I look forward to future ministry opportunities in the future.

I pray that you and your loved ones have a safe and Merry Christmas, a Happy Kwanzaa, and a Blessed New Year!!
